Everything is very well organised and varied, covering a wide range of real-life scenarios for both you and your dog. She focuses on teaching not just the dog, but the handler too, helping you confidently manage different situations together. There’s also a WhatsApp group where Becky shares helpful tips and tricks, answers any questions, and keeps everyone updated on upcoming events. I’m really grateful to have found Becky and benefit from her expertise."

    —Lynsdsey Scott

  • "A modern style of dog training to help the owners understand their dog’s behaviours. Everything is delivered with huge passion and energy. AscendK9 delivers a wonderful mix of basics, free events, private / more focused sessions as well as advanced urban groups. It’s a real community of dog lovers and happy relaxed dogs (or on the road to becoming so!). Would highly recommend."

    —Paul Burt

  • "Becky has been amazing from day one. She always replies, takes the time to properly think things through, and really helps you understand the why behind your dog’s behaviour, not just what to do. She comes up with such practical, effective ideas that genuinely make a difference. What I really appreciate is how inclusive she is. Despite my dog’s reactivity, we’ve never once felt singled out or left out, she creates such a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone. She’s such a friendly, approachable person and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their skills and help their dog become the best version of themselves. And as a bonus, both of my dogs absolutely adore her!"

    —Amelia Adams

  • "We’ve been to a few classes and one 1-1 with Becky with our fox red lab Rusty. With her guidance and teaching us and Rusty are learning and his training is coming along nicely. I’ve also messaged Becky for advice and she’s always willing to help. We will be carrying on going to classes and I highly recommended other dog owners to come along to get the best out of their training around distractions and other dogs."

    —Connor Wright

  • "We have been training with Becky since the beginning of December after getting a rescue dog who is incredibly reactive. Becky is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and articulate when it comes to the training. She is so supportive and just fantastic at what she does. I am so grateful that we found her and the wonderful community that she has created. We love training with AscendK9."

    —Nichola Smith

  • "Meeting Becky and becoming part of the AscendK9 community has been so good for both myself and my dog. In our private 1-2-1 sessions with Becky, she has taken the time to see what our roadblocks have been in progressing with training and broken each stage down into really easy step by step chunks. She understands that we’re all on our own journey with our dog and Becky dials in to what we need to grow our confidence and makes the sessions so enjoyable."

    —Lucy Fletcher

  • "I had such a great experience with Becky. The 1-1 session was really helpful, with clear directions on exactly what to work on, which gave me confidence moving forward. The group class was lots of fun and so well run — it was such a positive, structured environment for my reactive dog to practice in. I could see the benefits right away, and it felt safe and supportive for both of us. I’d highly recommend AscendK9 to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring trainer."

    —Pippa Townsend

  • "Becky has been absolutely outstanding with my dog, Oscar! From the very start, she has provided ongoing support and guidance that has made such a difference. • "We've been training with Becky for 8 months now and loved every session. Basil has just turned a year old and is turning out to be an absolutely smashing dog which we wouldn't have been able to achieve without the amazing AscendK9 community. Basil and I have made loads of friends along the way and look forward to attending classes as much for the social aspect being amongst like-minded dog handlers as well as to work on our training ♥️🐾"

    —Laura Hill

  • "I've followed becky on insta for a year (it came up in my on this day literally a few days ago actually lol) and LOVE her content. She gives soooo much away for free on there so you can feel really confident that the money you part with when u go on to book sessions is going to be well spent We did our first group class this morning, it was well structured and filled with varied exercises to keep the dogs interested and give them opportunities to practise settling and watching inbetween (or watching and whinging if you have an adolescent shepherd) Im Norfolk and travel 2 hours to work with becky and she is absolutely worth it!"

    —Kelly Horspole

  • "I’ve used a few different trainers in the past, but since working with Becky the change in my dogs behaviour has been incredible. I would highly recommend ASCENDK9 to anyone."

    —Tommy Fradd

What I really love is Becky's focus on getting the dogs to become neutral to each other and distractions. It's so important and Becky is full of information and tips to help. We are looking forward to continuing their (and ours!) education."

    —Claire Astle

  • "We had been struggling with recall with our two terriers for some time until we did Becky’s two hour recall workshop. It was a total revelation! We spent time working with both dogs on long leads and Becky gave lots of really helpful feedback and tips. The girls recall has gone from virtually non existent to near perfect! I cannot state highly enough how pleased we are with the workshop and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other dog owners."

—Beth | Recall Booster Workshop Attendee

  • "Becky is a very friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable trainer who is clearly passionate about helping others train their dogs. I’ve had two private sessions and made lots of progress with our dog already thanks to Becky’s help. For anyone looking for a dog trainer I would highly recommend Becky. She offers lots of other training types, e.g. group sessions and there are also lots of helpful tips on her website too."

    —Rebecca Pantelli

  • "Amazing ! My GSD and I have recently started attending group sessions. Becky is knowledgeable and kind, and willing to help with any dog related questions you may have. Group classes have such a nice vibe and everyone is super friendly. Becky tailors each session based on the dogs attending and what you want out of it. Becky wants to see your dog thrive and is willing to put in the work with you to get you there. Excited to see where our training takes us with ASCENDK9 and so grateful to have found such a welcoming and safe space."

    —Abbi Brady

  • "We have been working with Becky since January 2024. Becky has helped me achieve things I didn't even know were possible with my dog. Her drive to support you to achieve with your dog is second to none. Becky is kind, supportive, and non-judgmental. I highly recommend her."

    —Kerry Molloy

  • "We highly recommend Becky at AscendK9! Becky has played a crucial role in turning our German Shepherd rescue, Keila’s behaviours around in such a short space of time, from the first 1-to-1 session in July [in the pouring rain, thank you Becky for enduring this for us!]. Becky was extremely patient with me as I attended by myself on the first session [I am the spare human in our household 😊] I was made to feel at ease and grew in confidence as the hour progressed, to now venturing into busy places without the fear that Keila will react to other dogs."

    —Gemma Smith

  • "I love training with Becky she's so amazing! Ascendk9 is such a wonderful training group, a great group of owners and good mix of breeds, no breed judgment here at all ! There are so many types of training you can do weither it be group training in the local towns or high streets to open fields and horse riding stables there's a real good mix for whatever it is you want to work on. Becky has nothing but time for us and I can honestly say you know her hearts in it !"

    —Holly Hawkins

  • "We've never felt so relaxed and confident with a dog trainer ever before, Becky made us feel completely at ease and explained everything so well. We opted for a private lesson to begin with so we could share our worries, concerns and to discuss what we wanted to achieve from training in private. Could have easily spent all day chatting to Becky about all things dog! So pleased with the advice we received for both our dogs, sometimes a small change to a training method can make such a huge difference. We discussed what changes could be made, what new methods we can implement and what was going well and what wasn't. We will now try some group obedience classes and put Becky's advice to the test with our dogs. Group obedience has always been a big fear for me, but Becky has eased my worries and I can't wait to attend our first session. Thank you so much Becky, you don't realise how much of a difference you've made to my confidence, after all I'm really the one who needs training!"

    —Lisa Marie

  • "We were recommended Becky by another trainer. The group training sessions and the community she has built are amazing. We have done sessions in Bishops Stortford and Phisobury park. A perfect place to work on engagement and neutrality in a range of places. Becky is always on hand if you have a question. Highly recommend working with her."
